Faq-Answers
Question: How do I list an item?
Answer: You go to sell at the top of the page, then once there you click on the 'Sell On Xoole' button on the left hand side. For a tutorial on how to list items please go to our tutorial page here.
Question: Why do you charge 5% final price fee, when other sites only charge 3.5%?
Answer: We charge 5% of the final price because unlike other sites, we would like to keep adding more features to the site, so that it will be easier to buy and sell. We charge 5% thats it, not like other sites that charge 3.5% with a 50 cent minimum. We here at Xoole have no minimums, so if you sell an item for $1 you only pay 5 cents for the final price.
Question: Why do you require some attributes?
Answer: We require attributes because Google requires these attributes like gtin(upc#) and mpn(manufacturer part numbers) for most items so that we can provide you with the best results possible. For handmade or custom items these are not required. If you have a product that does not have a gtin or a mpn please contact us with information about the item and why you dont have these attributes.
Question: What is the attributes all about?
Answer: Attributes are required by Google so that we can use Google Product Search all items will need to include:
- title(title of the item, no promo text)
- brand
- condition of the item (new, used, refurbished)
- gtin (UPC, EAN, JAN, or ISBN) *only handmade and custom items will not require
- mpn ( manufacturer part number) * only handmade and custom items will not require
- shipping weight (lb, pound, oz, ounce, g, gram, kg, kilogram) for example 1 lb
For apparel items will need to include the following:
- gender (male,female,unisex)
- age group (kids,adults)
- color
- size
- pattern or graphic print featured on a product. For example, a t-shirt might have a logo of a sports team and have pattern values of “Bears”, “Tigers”, etc. A dress might come in two prints, and have pattern values of “Polka Dot”, “Striped”, “Paisley”, etc.
- material or fabric that a product is made out of. For example, a sofa might have values of “Canvas”, “Twill”, “Velvet”, etc.
