Shipping

• All products (unless otherwise noted on the Product Detail Page) are handmade to order and will ship within 6-10 business days (Weekends and Holidays not included). Delivery time will be 2-8 business days once your order has shipped.
• We do not offer any expedited or express shipping.
• We ship to the US 48 contiguous states only with FREE UPS Ground shipping or FedEx Ground or FedEx Smartpost™. 
• Please provide a street address as UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
• We ship to the U.S. 48 states only.

Refunds and Exchanges

You may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We\'ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Our products are top quality merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren\'t happy with something you purchased. You can return an item for a refund within 14 days of receipt of item.

• Returned merchadise must be in new, un-used, sellable condition, packed in original box with all parts and all original packaging materials. 
• You are responsible for shipping the item back to our office. 
• Upon receipt and inspection at our office you will be issued a credit less original shipping fees.  All of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of our products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the products.
